Our client is an exceptionally well-respected recruitment business with an innovative business model operating across the public sector and social care arena. They hire professional, consultative sellers who can develop long term, sustainable business partnerships. The wider business covers all aspects of public sector recruitment ranging from IT, Finance, HR, Executive and middle management appointments. They have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team working across the public sector division covering all opportunities on a national level with the potential to grow and develop within the team. This division specialises in managerial, qualified, senior roles, technical and engineering on predominantly interim contracts.
Reporting to the Divisional Director you will be a motivated and career-focused consultant who is looking to expand their knowledge and experience within the industry which will then give scope for an open-ended opportunity to progress into a senior role in the longer term. The company has designed a supportive training plan which will ensure that you will succeed and reach your goals.
The role will be interesting and varied and will include:
· 360 recruitment cycle
· Advertising on job boards and social media
· Networking and expanding your contacts
· Interviewing and selecting candidates
· Selling and business developing
· Servicing existing clients
· Working to personal and team activity targets
· Recruitment admin and regularly updating the database
