We are looking for an experienced and professional in-house recruiter to join our recruitment team based in London. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of scientific and central services positions from entry to Director level. This is a busy role with emphasis on direct sourcing of candidates. You will be fully involved in the whole recruitment process including phone and face to face interviews, providing support and advice to managers throughout. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking recruitment spend and completing monthly recruitment metrics.
Skills and Experience:
•Extensive in-house recruitment experience (preferably within a scientific environment)
•Professional approach with strong communication skills
•Extensive phone and face to face interviewing experience, including competency based questions
•Experience of providing guidance and support to hiring manager’s throughout the recruitment process
•Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Taleo)
•Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods
