A confident and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed to join an established and market leading Quantity Surveying consultancy in Birmingham.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly techincal Quantity Surveying team and immediately jump onto projects within the Residential and Property sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ideally have Soical Housing/Residential experience, with some insight working alongside Housing Associations, Private clients and Investors.

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have been consulting on exceptional projects for the past 50 years.

With more than 7 offices across the UK, each Seneior Quantity Surveyor is provided with continuous training and support when handling a myriad of clients.

With a mix bag of sectors under their name, this established consultancy have been placed on the top 50 Consultancies for a number of years now.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the Quantity Surveying Director would like to see;

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Clear Residential/Social Housing experience
  • Experience with running meetings
  • Background in working alongside Housing Associations / Investors and Developers
  • Strong post contract handling
  • Pre contract ability
