A professional and self motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support an established Quantity Surveying consultancy in Manchester.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor should bring a mixed project background, ranging from Residential, Higher Education, Mixed-Use, Office, Commercial and Infrastructure.

Due to the variety of projects and clients, both NEC3 and JCT contract knowledge would be ideal.

Based in the South West of Manchester, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a sociable, driven and growing team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a fast paced and award winning consultancy, who have gone from two masterminds, right through to over 200 employees.

Their approach to construction, their clients and their employees has been recognised throughout the industry, making them a sought after organisation to join.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveying Director would like to see the following;

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Pre & Post contract experience
  • Open to most sector experience
  • Client facing
  • Ambitious
  • Hands on
  • Understanding of all forms of contract
  • MRICS is always preferred, but not essential
