Senior Quantity Surveyor

A committed, confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support an established Cost Consultancy in Leeds.

Based in the heart of the city, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a professional consultancy, who pride themselves on their client facing and well developed Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor should bring a mixed project background, ranging from Heritage, Property, Education, Leisure, Commercial and Industrial.

Any experience of managing younger Quantity Surveyors would be desired, but not essential.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a fast paced and award winning consultancy, who have several offices across the UK.

They now have over 80 employees within the whole business and continue to work alongside regional and international clients.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 8 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• Pre & Post contract duties
• Keeping up the performance levels and delivery
• Mixed sector experience
• Client facing
• Understanding of all forms of contract
