Reporting to the Commercial Manager, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be responsible for financial administration of allocated projects from start to completion, preparation of cash flow forecasts and cost projection, procurement of Sub Contractors, attendance at site meetings and to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget. You’ll also support and mentor junior staff within the QS team.
To be considered for a Senior Quantity Surveyor role you MUST have the following experience, skills, and attributes;
