Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor? Looking for a new role? Have experience with commercial new builds?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis on various commercial works in/around Exeter; starting with a student accomodation project. This role requires someone with experience with similar projects, with large project values to mirror the magnitude of works you'll be doing with this leading client.

Responsibilities;

- Maintaining relations with clients.

- Ensuring commercial requirements are met.

- Obtain economic efficiency.

Requirements;

- Quantity Surveying related degree.

- Background of commercial projects.

- Prior experience as a senior QS.

- Knowledge of construction and contract law.

- Be well versed in Microsoft.

- Great communication and negotiation skills.
