Senior Quantity Surveyor

Immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £7m school in Surrey!

I urgently require a Senior QS to work on a part new build, part refurb of a school in the Wallington / Hackbridge area. This position is to work for a well known Main Contractor who have a solid pipeline of work.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based on site in Wallington / Hackbridge

Rate: £350-£400 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director and working within the commercial team

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a main contracting background and have experience being the lead / senior on projects up to a value of £15m.
