Your new role
Looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Norwich to oversee new projects, ensuring the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and all parties involved are satisfied.
You will provide advice, organise professionals working on the project, carry out risk assessments whilst continually monitoring to ensure all guidelines are met.
Office based role coordinating with property developers over the phone and via cloud based systems.
Coordinate with property developers.
Understand and explain JCT contracts.
Coordinating with building and monitor surveyors.
Reviewing each project status on a monthly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Organisation skills
- Analytical skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Commercial Awareness
- Highly motivated and ability to motivate others.
- RICS surveyor in project management/monitoring or building.
- Experience in Property and Construction
- RIBA Stages 1-6
