Exciting freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15m healthecare refurbishment scheme for a Top Tier Main Contractor in the Heart of London!
I urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15m healthcare refurbishment scheme in Central London. This position is site based and has a good duration of works. This particular project is on a NEC 3 form of contract so experience for this is essential!
Location: The role will be based in Central London.
Rate: £350-£400 p/d depending on experience
Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and working within the commercial team
Duties will include -

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years + experience in the build sector and have worked for a Top 20 contractor / developer. Ideally you will have experience in healthcare projects and a sound knowledge and understanding of NEC 3 is a MUST!
