Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a regional contractor / developer with several offices across the Thames Valley & Hampshire region. This client has seen growth year on year and is seeking to strengthen their commercial team.

This client requires a experienced surveyor with knowledge of high end residential developments and some commercial contract knowledge, these projects range in value from £5 Million to £15 Million, the work is located across Hampshire, Surrey & Thames Valley.
