Senior Quantity Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is pleased to be working with a well-established Main Contractor who is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them to work on projects ranging in value and project size, based out of their Ipswich offices. They have a proven track record of delivering varied and challenging projects on time and within budget.

Our client has a strong order book / pipeline operating across a range of construction projects in all new build works across a range of sectors that include Commercial and Residential schemes.

The client is looking for a candidate that has a stable work history and is open to taking on experienced professionals or candidates who feel they can make that step into this role. They have a proven track record of providing guidance and mentoring to achieve this transition and progression.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, high motivation and a very keen eye for detail. This role is a rarely available opportunity and will suit a professional looking to continue their career with a well-regarded, highly respected contractor, looking for realistic career progression and a very competitive salary package.

Skills and Requirements:
·3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying roles
·Strong track record on a range of project sectors/ types
·Good communication skills and can work in a team
·Ability to multi task and support others
·Ideally Degree qualified, Professional Membership advantageous; RICS/ CIOB
