Strong Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to work for a main contractor based in London Bridge!
I am seeking a strong Senior QS to work for a well-respected main contractor on various projects including c.£2.5m new build project as well as working on various refurbishment and fit-out projects in the city. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term role within an established contractor with a solid pipeline and good client base.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Location: The role will involve being based in the Head Office in London's Zone 1 and on various sites in London
Rate: £350 - £400 p/d for the right candidate
Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director and working within the site team
Duties will include -
- Final accounts
- Site meetings
