This rapidly expanding and highly successful company is revolutionising the way we think about the traditional, stuffy cost consultancy. They are breaking down barriers in the way they work and see your needs as just as important as the client's.
With their "dress down and work hard" policy they are looking for a like-minded, talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to bring your personality, character and ideas to the table.
So, if you are serious about wanting to work for a young and ambitious company in 2018, who will give you the freedom to get on with your projects, (but at the same time allow you to work companionably alongside some very hands on directors), then this could be the new start you are looking for.
Having a strong emphasis in the retail sector, their current team, nationally, is made up of 60 people and they are determined not to stop there. They already have an extensive high-profile client list within the food retail, automotive, commercial and education sectors. With a fierce reputation to deliver, they offer all their client's a single point of contact on each project. This will give you the opportunity to build those all-important relationships whilst providing a service that you can genuinely be proud of.
Just to give you a flavour of what's on offer, this employer promises to give a fantastic basic salary of up to £50,000, amazing benefits (including 6% non-contributory pensions), great working culture and a genuine interest in seeing their people develop.
Should you fit the small print below, we are keen to hear from you:
Ideally from a Consultancy Background
Ideally professionally qualified - MRICS
Up to 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Ideally you will be strong in the high-end Retail sector
You will have some good contacts with clients, contractors and consultancies
You must be an ambitious, hardworking, driven individual - who doesn't take themselves too seriously
