Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working with the Project team to deliver profitable projects within agreed timescales.
This role will report to the Commercial Manager or a visiting Managing Quantity Surveyor and will carry out the following:

Working within a team to successfully deliver projects ranging from £3-£35 million within a variety of sectors
Responsibility for all commercial aspects of a project including:

      * Provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team.
      * The provision of accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
      * Experience on 2 stage projects preferable and experience managing own projects rather than as part of a larger team
      * Your role will work in close partnership with key stakeholders within the Estimating, Commercial and Construction departments to ensure projects are completed within budgets, timescales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
