Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS/Chartered Consultancy - Richmond, Surrey
A chartered quantity surveying practice in Surrey with over 50 years' construction experience is seeking a project focused, Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly and vibrant team based in Richmond, Surrey.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be project focused as you provide a full pre and post contract service on a variety of projects across several sectors including, but not limited to, Healthcare, Leisure, and Residential.
As part of the role, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will maintain and develop current and future client relationships.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring projects from feasibility through to completion.
Day to day role will include:
- Leading a variety of projects
- Pre & Post contract services
- Cost plans
- Client meetings
- Prepare final accounts
- Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
- Site meetings
- Cost reports
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will enjoy running projects with minimal supervision from a Director
- 7-15 years QS experience
- MRICS, or close to chartership
- Mixed sector experience
- A history of delivering projects on time
- Client facing
- Project focused
