Senior Quantity Surveyor New Build Residential

As the lead supplier to one of London's biggest names in the Residential Construction Market, we have been approached by a respected Developer who is in the market for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. As a group, they work across London and the South East delivering a mixture of high-end residential, regeneration, mixed-use and traditional build schemes. This particular client is a cash-rich due to their previous successful developments My client have a Billion pounds worth of assets and a pipeline of new and existing projects.

They are a prestige brand in London and work on a mixture of large, high-end residential schemes with values ranging from 15million up to £600 Million. As a highly diverse and dynamic business, they have a culture of delivering projects to the highest of standards and have several teams full of ambitious, driven and committed people. They reward all their staff for their hard work in addition to bonus benefits and company incentive packages as well as offering a very competitive salary and package.

The ideal candidate will be a new build specialist senior Quantity Surveyor who would have experience worked on residential new build projects including social housing and structural works, they would be familiar with using JCT and COINS and would have personally worked on residential projects no smaller than 8million in project value. As my client has projects in areas such as Essex Kent, Berkshire and Hertfordshire as well as the city of London and East London the ideal candidate would be flexible and able to commute must have a Full UK driving Licence

Salary range based on experience between 70k + package to 85K + package
