Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fast-track fit out and Refurbishment

Your new company
Your new company are a well established Family organisation with over 100 years experience in the industry. They pride themselves in their high retention rate and have established a very profitable business developed on repeat business from Blue Chip clients in the North West and in London.

Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting to the Commercial Manager and working in a team of QS's as you liaise with clients and sub contractors, preparing and agreeing valuations and producing final accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have 8 years post graduate experience in fit out and refurbishment ideally working for a main contractor. Ideally you will be Chartered or on the way towards charter-ship. Ideally you'll have experience in casino's, banks and cinema's however it is not essential.
