Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a growing Professional Cost Consultancy based in Manchester City Centre to work on a mixed portfolio of pre & post contract work including, Design & Build, Management Works, Construction Management and Frameworks. The consultancy was formed 10 years ago and has grown rapidly since then, employing 35 members of staff currently and with ambitions to grow to 100 full time colleagues by 2022.

About the Role?

The organisation has a strong client base with regular repeat business and a clear, visible pipeline of work ahead. You’ll be leading on several exciting instructions across mainly the North West but with coverage across the UK. You’ll be client focused, offering superior value by using your experience gained on similar projects and excellent communication skills to deliver consistently at a high level to ensure the clients meet their long term strategies and are successful.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the company you’ll work on a varied portfolio of work, ranging from £1M to £30M in value. Offering clients your expertise in a number of areas including but not limited to: Estimates, Cost Plans, Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Work, Employers Requirements, Tender Reports, Valuations, Cost Reports, Final Accounts and Contract Documents, Building Reinstatement Valuations.

My client goal is double in size over the next few years and to do this they will be investing a lot of time and energy into you to ensure you’ll have the best training & support within the industry and be able to reach your personal goals.
