Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst

The role This is a 2nd line role sitting within the group Risk Department, the role covers the development of risk management models, quantitative analysis and financial modelling and independent evaluation of new models. Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain models covering reverse stress testing and benchmarking projects Challenge methodology proposals and develop framework and policies Contribute to the development of the enhancement of risk methodologies Review and assess existing and proposed backtesting, margining and stress testing methodologies Review finance papers and develop alternative models Role Requirements Hands on experience as a Quantitative Risk Analyst within Financial Services Proven experience in developing quantitative models Educated to a degree level within quantitative finance, mathematics or science-related disciplines (ideally at least at Masters level) Strong knowledge of Financial Risk management techniques Good excel skills, particularly in VBA and SQL Programming skills in Python or C++ If you feel you have the relevant experience for this newly created opportunity then please apply to this advert and send your CV to Anna Dunne at Twenty Group.
