As their Senior Quality Assessor you will advocate quality across their customer teams identifying training and development requirements through call and case monitoring assessments to ensure they deliver high performance.
With a passion for high levels of customer service you will strive to help their teams deliver the best possible standards. With the ability to assess training needs you will develop and deliver programmes to improve performance and quality both at individual and team level incorporating the Trust’s values and best practice.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the design and delivery of training along with coaching and performance improvement techniques. Personable and friendly your can do attitude will motivate the team to be the best they can be and provide their customers with a first class service.
