Senior QA

OUR CLIENT
Is a leading manufacturer/supplier of artisan breads to a wide range of customers in retail and food service. The company is successful and forward looking with an expanding, continuously developing product range, reflecting the business objectives and the dynamic nature of the market.

THE SENIOR QA

This is a rotating shift based role reporting to the Quality Supervisor. Key activities within the role are:-
·Ensure that all results are clearly communicated to the shift manager/team leader/QC and work closely with them when testing product
·Ensure finished products meets specification
·Positive release the products on the system
·Carry out preparation, measurement and bake off products for the internal
·testing panel
·Ensure that all relevant quality standard are clearly understood

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an organised, experienced and hard working individual who has the ability to use their own initiative. Excellent communication skills are pre requisite, both verbal and written.
You must have previous food manufacturing experience. The successful applicant should ideally be qualified in a food related discipline.
In addition you will have:-
·Knowledge of Food Science
·First rate communications skills
·Analytical skills
·Organised and accurate
