Austin Banks are currently working with our nationwide client who are currently looking to bring in a Senior Purchasing Administrator on a temp to perm basis to work from their offices in Stevenage.

The Role

  • Responsible for effective purchasing and coordination
  • Purchase orders
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Generate reports
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
  • Excellent time management as you will need to make sure that products are on site at the right time

About You

  • Previous coordinating/administration experience
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Confident and professional
  • Must drive and have own transport
