Austin Banks are currently working with our nationwide client who are currently looking to bring in a Senior Purchasing Administrator on a temp to perm basis to work from their offices in Stevenage.
- Responsible for effective purchasing and coordination
- Purchase orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Generate reports
- Monitor supplier performance
- Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
- Excellent time management as you will need to make sure that products are on site at the right time
- Previous coordinating/administration experience
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident and professional
- Must drive and have own transport
