Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk

Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk / Bury / Salary - £25K + Study Support / Permanent

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
* Processing invoices and self billed sales invoices
* Price checking invoices
* Statement reconciliations
* Query handling and resolution
* Preparing payment runs twice monthly
* Ensuring payment terms are adhered to
* Maintaining accruals spreadsheet for un-posted invoices
* Journals to correct mis-postings
* Filing of invoices
* Meeting month end deadlines
* Providing holiday cover
* Support all departments with queries
* Build good work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Person Specification
* Minimum 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to use own initiative
* Flexible and adaptable
* Attention to detail
* Experience with Sage or Navision

* Study support
* 25 days holiday
