Senior Property Sales Negotiator

Our client specialises in fast property sales for motivated sellers, we are a dynamic, nationwide online estate agency with unique approach to the industry. Their sister company are one of the biggest cash buyers for property in the UK.

Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of between 50 - 70 properties throughout the UK

  • Qualifying potential buyer enquiries, arranging viewings & Chasing feedback

  • Negotiating proceedable offers and securing sales

  • Assessing your portfolio and securing price reductions.

  • Maintaining an accurate account of client activity on the company CRM.

  • Maintaining excellent customer rapport, with regular vendor contact

  • Pro-actively selling and marketing your client’s properties.

  • Working closely with the in-house cash buying company.

    The ideal candidate would

  • Have strong passion for the property industry with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role

  • Can self-manage and organise daily tasks efficiently

  • Be willing to learn our unique agency approach

  • Understanding the importance of customer service and its vital role within any successful business

  • The hunger and drive to hit monthly targets

  • Enjoy a team environment with the ability to contribute to the team ethos and culture of the business

  • Highly competitive starting basic salary £20,000-£25,000

  • Uncapped commission structure that rewards hard work, with a realistic OTE of £40,000
