Senior Property Manager

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

REQUIRED FOR BUSY PRACTICE OF MANAGING AGENTS in the London Borough of Richmond.

The role:

  1. Overall responsibility to ensure compliance with tenant leases, regulatory items and management contracts
  2. Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all clients, property tenants, lessees and contractors
  3. Responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations for review and approval
  4. Prepare monthly and quarterly ownership reports.. Understand portfolios financial performance relative to owners goals and objectives
  5. Oversee collection of Service Charge, payment of expenses and compliance with lease terms
  6. Complete regular inspections of the properties and recommend maintenance of the properties or Estates and oversee work as necessary

The successful candidate must have:

1 Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Management of Blocks of Flats and Estates

2 Proven track record of long term employment

3 Live within one hours commuting distance of their offices

4 Be a car owner with a clean licence

5 Have an excellent memory

6 Proven client relationship skills
