The Role

Could gas compliance be your next move in the social housing industry?

Orbit has a great opportunity to join the Property Services team as a Senior Property Compliance Officer.

If you enjoy housing but are keen on a change then this role could be for you. The role of Senior Property Compliance Officer plays a vital part in the Property Services team's performance. You will be required to monitor and manage property compliance functions through effective contract management and improvement of Orbit policies and procedures. It is essential for the right candidate to maintain a high level of compliance knowledge and use this to meet monthly commercial and operational performance targets.

About you

We are looking for a confident and proactive personality with good technical knowledge.

This is a varied role that would best suit someone from a housing, repairs, maintenance or gas compliance background who is looking for the opportunity to work with Orbit departments and contractors. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a joint approach to delivering compliance.

IT skills are also a must, as well as the ability to manage the budget and financial elements of the role.

A Level 4 qualification in Gas Awareness will be offered to the successful candidate to fulfil the training development as required.
