Our Not for Profit Charity client is looking to recruit at the Senior Project Manager level. This will be an initial 12 month contract with the Senior Project Manager leading multiple projects within the change division.

Due to significant change, our Leeds based Charity client is looking to recruit at the Senior Project Manager level on a 12 month fixed term contract. As Senior Project Manager, you will support other Project Managers by leading on large scale, multiple and complex projects and workstreams. There are a number of key responsibilities and as a senior member of the team, you will:
Lead multiple change projects from cradle to grave, ensuring the agreed scope, cost, timescales and quality are met.
Be an effective 'number 2' to the Change Delivery Manager when required;
Produce all project management deliverables taking into account risks and issues as well as other appropriate governance measures;
Work with the wider project team to recover slippage by tracking progress again the project plan and implement strategies;
Be an effective facilitator / interface with other departments to ensure an integrated approach and successful implementation of the relevant projects.
You should have following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Experience of working in large transformational programme environment, ideally with some experience of working with IT change or people / HR related projects in organisation change
- Experience of working with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies
- Extensive Project Management experience, ideally gained within a regulated sectors
- Proven Stakeholder engagement at all levels.
