Senior Project Manager - Market Research

What you’ll be doing:

Working in a fast-paced and changing environment, you’ll be working collaboratively with client servicing researchers. You will use your expertise to manage projects whilst influencing and implementing changes to our current project management processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies on projects.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the implementation of a project, from the set-up to management of workflows and allocation of team resources
  • Review research inputs (questionnaire, stimulus material) for field suitability
  • Manage and coordinate Fieldwork
  • Support the data processing process, designing and implementing data checking protocols
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring that all updates are provided in a timely fashion
  • Motivate, coach and develop Junior Project Managers, whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Build effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders internal and external
  • Ensure projects adhere to all internal quality procedures and standards
  • Management of the proposal process and preparation of project budgets
  • Be responsible for financial management and control of project

You develop and manage timelines and your strong communication skills are integral in working well with operations teams (both locally and remotely). You have a strong sense of accountability, especially when it comes to the quality of the work your team delivers.

We are looking for someone with has experience managing studies from start to finish within the market research industry - you must have knowledge and thorough understanding of the end-to-end research process. If you have not necessarily been in a specific project management role but are an experienced market researcher with an eye for project management and the desire to constantly improve processes, we want to talk to you!

This involves working on costs, scheduling, checking quality of inputs, liaising with suppliers / different internal teams and communicating with the client. It’s a close knit team with a sense of humourwhilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
