Senior Project Manager - Hotels Experience
A small but significant, independent project and cost management consultancy, specialising in Hotels and Residential are seeking a Senior Project Manager for an upcoming Hotels refurbishment project.
The successful Senior Project Manager would be located near Tower Bridge with projects located throughout London. The role consists of a number of Hotel projects, mainly refurbishment and fit out.
The Senior Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects to ensure that they are on time, to high quality and within the specified budget.
You will be responsible for the management and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
The Senior Project Manager
As the Senior Project Manager you will ideally have 4+ years Project Management experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM, as well as:
- Demonstrable experience of Hotels and ideally other sectors
- Client facing, articulate and well presented
- Construction related qualifications and Construction Consultancy experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Up to £70,000 (DOE)

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy in the Hotels sector and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE in a Project Management Capacity both pre and post contract.
