Project Manager required by a leading construction consultancy based in Belfast, permanent.

Our Client is one of the UK's leading construction consultancies. This multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Belfast have been involved with a number of landmark projects across Northern Ireland, mainly within the healthcare, commercial and civils sectors. With business growth, a new position has arisen for an additional Project Manager to join the existing team.
Your new role
In your new position you will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with a range of clients, whilst leading progress meetings and ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards. You will assist in the delivery of Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery whilst managing tender documents, appraisals and negotiations.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will hold a BSc or MSc in Project Management, ideally with chartered status. You must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a construction consultancy however candidates from a contracting background will also be accepted.
