The Senior Agile Project Manager will work very closely with client stakeholders and previous experience in a client-facing role is essential. You must be able to provide and drive the best practice of Agile delivery and alter your Agile approach depending on the project knowing when best to use Scrum, Kanban, BDD or TDD or a mixture of any of these principles.
The Senior Agile Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring Agile Ceremonies are embedded, remove blockers, minimise risks and issues to ensure your project team are empowered, supported and can self-manage efficiently.
-Previous experience in at least one client-facing role
-Previous experience managing projects up to £1M in value
-In-depth knowledge of common Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, BDD, TDD, etc.
-Removing impediments, managing risks, resources and budgets
