As we continue to grow and succeed, we are now looking for a Senior Project Director to drive our project activity, play a key role in our growth and ensure every project is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
- Salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum DOE

As the Senior Project Director, you will be tasked with overall responsibility for the projects we take on. This role will see you solving high-level problems and seeing projects through to their conclusion, acting proactively and with the drive to see the highest quality work and finish for each one.
Working on projects either directly or indirectly through your team, you will manage project activity and act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring each project is successfully completed.
You’ll operate ‘hand-in-glove’ with the BDM team, supporting them with leads and providing advice. You’ll meet with clients to scope projects and resolve queries and identify compelling reasons why clients should work with us, presenting these to clients to position us as the industry authority.
The main goals of your role will be:
- To develop new and existing relationships through regular contact and meetings
- To maintain awareness of market trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry
- To ensure all opportunities are properly qualified and lead of maximising potential
- To generate a network of contacts who can provide a steady flow of introductions
To be considered as the Senior Project Director, you will need:
- Proven experience in a Project Management role, taking sole responsibility for large scale projects
- Experience in developing relationships through various channels
- A successful track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
- Experience in relationship management at a senior level
- Evidence of experience working on multiple projects simultaneously that require adaption of skillset
- Experience in identifying and training potential team members
- A full, valid driving licence
Industry experience would be preferred but this is not essential. Knowledge of the D&B and/or education sectors would also be an advantage.
Other organisations may call this role Head of Projects, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Project Operations Manager.
