Senior Project Coordinator - Construction

Duties for the Senior Project Coordinator:

*Direct contact with charities from the initial contact through the project lifecycle
*Visit all the projects during application process
*Analyse the construction project reports and ascertain suitability and potential supporters
*Coordinate and engage with both the charities and the companies who provide support
*Maintain all communication and administration regarding the projects, materials and grants
*Attend all internal meetings and volunteer information on each project across the business
*When projects complete, analyse the statistics and value donated to produce KPI's and reports
*Approach senior level construction professionals at partnering companies regarding potential projects
*Develop new relationships via industry contacts, re resources and expertise available
*Build and maintain lasting relationships with construction companies and develop the system of nurturing
*Deal with project openings and marketing similar events
*Prepare quarterly reports for accountant and board
*Take part in fundraising events on an ad-hoc basis

Skills/experience profile for the Senior Project Coordinator:

*Comprehensive knowledge of the UK construction industry and process
*Experience as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager or Project /Construction Director
*CIOB member or similar is desired
*Excellent people skills - interacting and persuading key stakeholders
*Analytical, detail orientated approach
*Patience and courtesy
*Team player who truly understands the value of shared information
*Very hardworking, lateral thinker who has a good sense of humour
*Good knowledge of all Microsoft (Excel/Quick Books is essential)
*A passion or interest in charitable work and helping people
*Ability to travel across the UK

Package for the Senior Project Coordinator:

Basic salary: circa £50,000 (depending on experience)
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
