Senior Programme Delivery Officer / Project Management
£38,000 per annum

Our client's mission is to improve the quality of life of people and the communities in which they live. Today our client’s role in providing new homes, investing in communities, providing services to their 20,000 customers and supporting local people is more important than ever before.
They are currently looking for a Senior Programme Delivery Officer to project manage and deliver a portfolio of projects, including managing consultants, resources, activities and information to ensure schemes are delivered on time and within budget.
Within this role, you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Using appropriate project management methodology, you will ensure risks are identified and managed, prepare and present reports on schemes, meet defined deadlines, attend site, snagging and handover meetings and take the lead in the organisation of handover ceremonies for new and refurbished schemes.
Their ideal candidate will have previous experience of the affordable housing sector and/or new build housing development and project management. You will have the ability to assimilate and disseminate complex technical and financial information in reports. A Professional qualification in a building, surveying or related discipline would be highly desirable. You must have a full clean driving licence and daily use of a car for business purposes.
