Senior Production Technician, High Wycombe, £30,000pa + Benefits
A new exciting opportunity to work with a global leader that manufacture a range of complex electro-mechanical systems. Due to continued expansion we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Production Technician with experience and deep understanding in the assembly of complex mechanical and electronic products. You will be able to read engineering drawings, understand the product from a technical point of view and what it's used for. You will be able to converse on a technical level with the engineering design department regarding the assembly process, making recommendations on how to improve the process. The Senior Production Technician will need the following experience / skills:
· Previous experience within a mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly environment
· Experience in using a range of hand tools with the ability to read engineering drawings
· Previous experience implementing best practice manufacturing techniques
· HND, HNC, City and Guilds or equivalent desirable.
· Operate within the quality policy and procedures and demonstrate professional conduct
· Good communication skills
This Senior Production Technician role offers up to £30,000pa + Benefits including: Contributory Pension, 25 days holiday per annum, Child Care Vouchers, Cycle to Work Scheme, Early Finish Friday, Dental Insurance Cover, Flexible Working Hours.
