Our client have an exciting opportunity for Senior Product Manager to join their Customer Contact operations team which spans across multiple UK sites.

Operating within an agile environment, the Senior Product Manager will take ownership & responsibility of the Product / Technology Roadmap, and accountability of the development and delivery of the products into the Contact Centre estate.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, and an excellent knowledge of contact centre technologies and their impact on customer experience, as well as the ability to lead a team of developers and Product Delivery Managers with a key focus on the overall customer experience.
