Senior Product Manager - B2B enterprise level software

A mature B2B SaaS startup with offices in London and New York is looking to add on board a Product Lead/Senior Product Manager who will lead the delivery on anything product and quickly progress into a Head of Product (within the first 6 months). You will be reporting directly to the CEO to understand the product vision and working with the CTO on the technical development, but eventually as the Head of Product you will be responsible for the management of the full product roadmap - both current requirements, future enhancements, and additional features. That said, this is not just a managerial role and since this is a startup you will be expected to be involved hands-on in the day to day product development, working with our Engineers, helping formulate user stories, chatting to a user to understand exactly what pain point we are solving, etc.

The ideal Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will look like this:

* A Senior/Lead Product Manager with experience working in a fast-paced SME where you were fully responsible for the product you were working on.
* Previous experience developing B2B/enterprise level cloud-hosted cross-platform applications, with different tiers of customers and subscription plans.
* We are looking for someone who has managed a product that has multiple clients where you have had to gather, translate and prioritise (and sometimes say "No" to) many different user inputs.
* You will work in an agile environment, but you should be able to tailor your approach depending on the projects.

You will take ownership of all products and be integral to the technical roadmap working alongside a highly experienced CEO and CTO, in a non-bureaucratic fast-growing startup! This is the ideal next step for a Senior/Lead Product Manager who wants to take that next step into Head of Product, with a passion for startups who wants to build a brand new function!
