Job Title: Senior Print Operative (Latex)

Responsible to: Print Manager (Latex) / Operations Director

Job Summary: Working as a member of the Production team working in the laser print department (latex). The main duties will include the scheduling, preparation and print of the customers’ orders to the highest standard, meeting the company print KPI’s and overall objectives & goals

Full in-house training will be given

Main Responsibilities are to:

• Implement scheduled customer orders to ensure fulfilment to the specified date across both shifts and in a timely manner to provide sufficient time for further operations within the production department to be carried out
• Ensure the most efficient use of resources of machines and staff daily.
• Preparation and organisation of resources, including, screens, raw materials & ancillary materials to maximise production efficiencies and output
• Ensure that the highest print quality of all latex based products
• Carry out various daily administrative tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues in the Factory, Sales Office, Accounts and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner
• Undertake other reasonable tasks when requested by a Manager or Director
• Work within the agreed Terms and Conditions of Employment
• Actively promote process or procedural improvements
