Senior Practitioner, Children and Families, Access & Assessment

Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated senior practitioner to work within a children and families, access and assessment team based in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of senior practitioner in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum senior practitioner job is £34 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities of the senior practitioner:
- Chairing core group and team meetings
- Preparing reports for conferences and meetings
- Carrying out initial and core assessments

Requirements of the Senior practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
