Senior Practice Administrator
Location: Halliwell Head Office, Technology House, Salford, M6 6AP – some limited travel required
Salaries: £19.000.00 - £22,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full Time 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Practice Administrator to join their busy team based at their Head Offices in Salford.
They are a social enterprise that offer a clinically informed practice encompassing residential, educational and clinical services. Their Restorative Parenting recovery programme delivers improved outcomes for looked after children.
About the Senior Practice Administrator:
This will be an interesting and varied role for a skilled and IT literate administrator who would enjoy working in a busy and varied environment, playing a key role in supporting the company operations by providing high quality administration services to the Practice Director and the wider practice team.
The post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties which include organising meetings, booking appointments, writing letters and preparing reports, collating and managing information and ensuring efficient systems of office organisation are in place.
The post holder will act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquiries for the practice team, liaising with visiting professionals and with people at all levels of the organisation, so should have excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to flexibly support the whole team.
