If you are an experienced construction Planner in and around the Edinburgh area and keen to work within the growing social housing sector with a highly reputable employer then this opportunity may be ideal for you.

You'll be the sole Planning lead within the business and be responsible for setting up and developing a robust strategic Planning procedure and ensure best practice and robustness. To be considered for the role you'll need to have demonstrable experience in Planning and programming multiple building projects at one time whilst operating at a senior management level.

We are looking for a team player, someone that has excellent interpersonal skills that can develop strong working relationships with colleagues and work in a collaborative way. Our client is looking to develop a far more robust approach to Planning in the long term. Experience in assisting successful bid teams on large scale building projects (£20m+) within residential, healthcare, student accommodation, leisure and mixed use commercial development sectors is desirable.
