Due to a period of continued significant success, my client, a well respected multi-disciplinary Consultancy are looking to meet with Senior Planners in application for an opportunity with their Cambridge team.

My client have been established for nearly 15 years and is now recognised as a leader in the development sector. Operating from ten offices in the UK and specialising in all aspects of the planning process, the company prides itself on providing a service that is second to none.

This is an exciting opportunity that can provide excellent (and rapid!) career progression and exposure to a range of project work including large scale strategic developments. The successful Senior Planner will be responsible for delivering and managing a number of projects in a variety of sectors. Duties will include;

-project management

-written representations

-informal hearing and public inquiry submissions

-submission of representations to development plans

-site appraisals

-negotiating section 106 legal agreements

In order to apply you hold a town planning qualification (or similar) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in consultancy. Ideally you will be chartered or working towards it. You will need to be a confident communicator with experience in client engagement and lead generation.
