My client a leading Security Vendor are recruiting for a Senior PHP (Laravel) Full Stack Software Developer to work within their growing SaaS development team located in Basingstoke.

Utilising cutting edge technologies, you will play a vital role helping the team to design and build new features as well as improve the overall quality of the existing codebase. You will work within a busy agile software development team focused on short development sprints and regular release cycles.

The Technology Stack:

  • LAMP stack hosted in AWS
  • Laravel PHP framework
  • SASS (Zurb Foundation CSS framework)
  • Angular JS / Javascript
  • PHPUnit / Selenium
  • MySQL
  • Gulp
  • GIT version control

Essential Skills (+3 years experience):

  • PHP (OOP)
  • MVC Frameworks (i.e. Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)
  • HTML & CSS
  • Javascript/jQuery
  • GIT version control

Desirable skills:

  • TDD, Unit Testing, integration testing, PHPUnit
  • Knowledge of common design patterns
  • Agile scrum experience
  • AWS experience
  • JS frameworks such as AngularJS or EmberJS
  • Knowledge of API's I.e. RESTful, oAuth
