An award-winning global Software client with offices around the world are looking to hire a Senior PHP Developer to join their development team, as the Senior Developer you will be joining a development team who have over the years have grown to support the ongoing demand from customers and have adopted new technology which has revolutionised the way applications are built and delivered.

The business has year on year continued to offer quality products to their clients, if you want to be a part of a business who are incredibly proud of the products, they build then this is the role for you!

What are we looking for?

An experienced Web developer with solid commercial PHP development experience ideally with an interest to move into the e-learning space and who is interested in developing scalable, flexible, high performance state of the art e-learning systems and web applications which are used by customers across the globe.

Key Skills

•A passion for technology and enjoys technical challenges to develop truly innovative solutions

•Excellent understanding of OO PHP

•Solid understanding of PHP Frameworks, - Laravel, Symfony or Zend

•Good knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery

•Working knowledge of Linux

•Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to fellow team members

In this role you will receive training on the following:

•Git, Gerrit, Jenkins or similar development pipeline tools.

•Docker & Microservices.

•PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.

•Drupal.
