Global Supply Chain Business Looking For A Senior Personal Assistant To Support The Executive Board

Your new role
The role will be supporting the Executive Board with duties including, diary management, organising board meetings / packs, travel arrangement with comprehensive itineraries and event management. In addition, the successful candidate will take ownership of budgets and be involved with strategic projects on an ad hoc basis.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for candidates who have had exposure within supply chain, travel, logistics or shipping supporting at Executive level. As the position includes budget responsibilities and projects exposure, the client is keen to meet with candidates who have examples on their CV of adding value back to the individual / company they supported.
