Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Senior Payroll Manager for a national recruitment consultancy firm based in Leeds City Centre. This newly created opportunity is a fantastic opportunity for a team leader to manage a talented team of payroll clerks.
The client is a successful recruitment consultancy firm with clients across the UK and a number of national contracts which has seen the company rapidly grow over the last three years. This growth and success has created the need for a Senior Payroll Manager to lead the 6+ team of payroll clerks based near Leeds City Centre.
As a Senior Payroll Manager you will be reporting into the Finance Director, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Take responsibility and leadership of the payroll function, Develop processes and procedures to enhance the payroll process, Ensure accuracy within the payroll process, supporting the payroll manager with the weekly proofing and confirmation of 1600+ employees, Assist and contribute to the development of the Payroll/Finance IT systems, Work to targets and develop a series of management reports for the directors and managers, Keep up to date with Payroll legislation and the potential effects on the business, relaying any necessary information to the Finance Director, Supporting the finance team with any ad hoc queries and Assisting the Finance Director after completion of any business acquisitions in incorporating the new business into the payroll structure.

Excellent salary up to £45,000 + on site parking + pension + company benefits + health scheme + 24 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays)
