Senior Payroll Advisor - Insurance - Permanent - London - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Your new company
I am working with a leading Insurance business based in Central London that are looking to bolster their Payroll department. The responsibility of the Payroll department will be yours, ensuring the the employees pay are processed accurately and on time. You will process the start to finish payroll for 1,500 employees, working in conjunction with the HR and Finance teams and ensure that compliance and governance is maintained.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all things related to Payroll, benefits and pensions. You will have the support of one Payroll Administrator who will assist you with ensuring the employees pay is processed accurately. Additionally, you will be keeping an eye out for any process improvements, system upgrades and take a lead on any Payroll related projects that will be implemented.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for interview, it is essential that you have a solid grounding of Payroll experience. This will ideally be industry payroll experience for a business which has exposed you to high volumes (head counts in excess of 800). Additionally you will be able to communicate up to date Payroll legislation knowledge and have a clear understanding of the whole process from start to finish.
