Senior Patent Formalities Administrator - London

This role would suit an individual who is looking to progress their career to the next step within a leading firm in a great location. You will ideally have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a busy patent formalities department and ideally completed the CIPA Paralegal/Administrator qualification, although not essential if you have the right experience.

The role is working with a highly rated firm in London, who are seeking a Senior Patent Formalities Administrator to join their thriving team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties within this role would include:

  • Onboarding new cases onto the system.
  • Maintaining existing case records on the system to show the status of each.
  • Acknowledging & preparing correspondence to and from IPOs.
  • Preparing patent applications.
  • Liaising with clients where necessary.
