Paraplanner – City of London

Salary: £40,000 – £47,000 benefits

A leading financial services firm in the City of London is seeking an experienced Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join its growing operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive high-quality advice while maintaining full compliance with FCA and MiFID II regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Client Financial Plans and Suitability Reports
• Supporting Advisers with research, analysis, and cashflow modelling
• Liaising with product providers and third parties
• Providing technical updates to Advisers and colleagues
• Ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met consistently
• Attending client meetings when required
• Maintaining awareness of industry and legislative changes

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA)
• Minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, positive approach
• IT proficiency; knowledge of Voyant, EVPro and FE Analytics advantageous
